From Brazil and Angola to Maine.
We are Cristiana and Paulo Eduardo. We are passionate about good, fresh food, so we started our Brazilian barbecue venture in February 2022.
Coming from Brazil and Angola, we wanted to bring the fresh, vibrant flavors of our home countries to Maine. Eduardo's is built around that feeling: generous food, thoughtful preparation, and gatherings where everyone feels welcome.
